The questions
Each side comes with one line of the case for it. The rest is up to you.

About the host
Count Dracula has lived in his castle in Transylvania for centuries. He's a tall old man with a long white mustache, and he casts no reflection in a mirror. In the novel he keeps no servants. He lays the table for his guest himself and never eats with him. He has already dined, he says.
He's hosting the week of Halloween, the one night a year people open the door to strangers in capes. He can't come into a home unless someone asks him in, so his questions are mostly about invitations and other people's parties. He would also like to know if you're cooking with garlic this week. No reason.
How to play these
If you're throwing a Halloween party, these eight fit nicely between the costume contest and the candy. Read them out loud and start with candy corn, since everyone has an opinion and nobody needs to think about it. Couples costumes gets riskier if a couple in matching outfits is standing right there. Ask it anyway.
In a round of The Lobbyist, the garlic question is a sneaky test. It sounds like a joke, but people who cook take it seriously, and whoever is lying has to fake a passion for or against garlic in front of them. The group photo question can get heated for something that only involves a phone. For more games that work when everyone at the party has one, see the guide to phone party games.
