These terms are between you and Blynk Studio of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, which makes The Lobbyist. By playing, you agree to them.
Who can play
You must be 16 or older.
Play fair
- Don't use your name to insult, threaten or harass anyone, or to share someone's private details.
- Don't try to break, overload or cheat the game, or get into rooms you weren't invited to.
- We may do what it takes to stop abuse, including blocking access.
The questions
Questions ask for opinions on everyday things. Some are pointed on purpose. The host picks the deck. Arguments started here are yours to finish.
No promises
The Lobbyist is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always work, be free of bugs, or stay the same. We may change, pause or end it at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Blynk Studio isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything players do to each other. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50. Some places don't allow these limits. There, they apply only as far as the law allows.
Law
Nevada law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
Privacy
How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top changes. Playing after that means you accept the new terms.
